“Lovely experience at our mum's service and funeral, from the moment you go through the front entrance. Beautiful gardens full of colour and wild life. The service was first class, especially when the photos of mums life were on the viewer. Wonderful clean building, and very professional, understanding sfaff. All mums wishes were met to a very high standard.”

“A great setting for a fitting tribute, our funeral was handled professionally from start to finish! The manager at Faversham bent over backwards to help us - Michelle showed me around the facility in advance to help with planning the ceremony and was sympathetic and respectful of the occasion throughout, whilst attending to the arrangements with a great professionalism – Nothing was too much trouble and we can’t thank her enough. The chapel is comfortable and warm, PA and music delivery was fantastic. We had a slide show done to music and it was really well put together. Our funeral was attended by many people and parking was professionally marshalled, even when the car park was full, the overspill was quickly rerouted and alternative parking found quickly and efficiently to allow the ceremony to go without a hitch. Great setting, excellent management - Nothing but good to say. Oh, and thank you again!”

“THIS CREMATORIUM IS SITUATED ON A BEAUTIFUL WELL MAINTAINED PLOT OF LAND. THE MEMORIAL GARDEN IS STUNNING SO SEREEN, A LOVELY PLACE TO REMEBER LOVED ONES. THE BUILDING IS TASTEFUL DECORATED AND THE FACILLITIES OFFER A VARIETY OF SERVICE OPTIONS. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND UNDERSTANDING OF PEOPLES NEEDS AND FEELINGS.WE HAD A SMALL, VERY PRIVATE SERVICE FOR MY MUM AND I WAS GRATEFUL THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMODATE US EXACTLY AS I WANTED IT. THEY SHOW GREAT RESPECT FOR THE DECEASED AND COMPASSION FOR THE GRIEVING.”

“Beccles / Ellough crematorium, Suffolk. Beautiful and peaceful site and building. Modern and well equipped. The only glitch in our service was that the curtains didn’t close on time when the button was pressed. Fortunately most didn’t notice, but not ideal. Otherwise very good.”
