“I ordered a birthday present for my nephew in what I thought would arrive in time. The tracker system of my item was going well at first, then it suddenly stopped moving around Milton Keynes and failed to arrive. I contacted the company and spoke to Stacy. She was great. A replacement item was resent which arrived a few days later. My nephew eventually got his present which he loved.”
