“My parcel got left in an old shed apparently, no letter through the door so I never know it had been delivered. Parcel was not there once I was notified about this. Disgraceful customer service. The class an old shed as a safe place. Never again”

Hi Christopher, sorry to hear about your negative experience with us. We use 3rd party couriers and cannot control where they leave parcels unfortunately. We hope you were happy with the toys purchased 😃

“Item never arrived refused replacement or refund as driver left it out side when it clearly says don't leave parcels unattended make sure there delivered to someone review team that replied told me to contact them but still refused to replacement or refund”

“I purchased these as the concept seemed amazing and my son was very excited to play with these (we bought a number of them). However we have since found out that the ID system was discontinued and therefore these cars cannot be used as described. My son's wants to keep the cats anyway but the description should be updated to note that the ID system is no longer in operation and make customers aware of this.”
