“My ordered item didn’t arrive. I emailed them to find out where it had got to. To be told it had been delivered, so I asked for a picture of where it was delivered too and got nothing back. To then be told because I had missed my house number off the delivery I was not getting refund back, not at any time did anyone try to contact me about the missing house number so now I’m out of pocket for no delivered item. Will not be using you again and NOT a happy customer”
