“A couple of days before his birthday our LO announced he really wanted a light saber for his birthday not just any one though it had to be a Kylo Ren one…! Mad panic as everywhere sold out, found it on Maqio, easy order process, good delivery times scale - saved the day as one very happy birthday boy!”

“Great selection of toys. And very professional and reliable!! Bearing in mind your supposed to order before 12pm for same day dispatch, my order was still dispatched the same day although I placed my order much later, which was brilliant because I was in a bit of a rush to receive my order, but was so busy I didn’t get to place my order before 12. Wasn’t expecting my parcel for a couple of days but it arrived the next day, and I spent over £20 so delivery was free. The birthday girl and boy loved their presents so it was definitely a win, win.. Will definitely be a returning customer and I’ve already told friends and family about Maqio as well 😉”

“I didn’t receive the order. No proof of delivery provided. The item went missing, the response from your customer service team was quick and I was offered a refund. However, I was told the items I ordered were out of stock. My friend ordered the same items the day after! Sorry but I won’t be using your site again.”

Unfortunately, the quantities of the items you had ordered were unavailable for a resend, which is why we refunded your order in full. I can confirm the items you ordered have been out of stock since your correspondence with customer service and your friend may have purchased a similar item(s) but not the same as on your order.
