“Lot of cars arrived damaged because of poor packaging at Maqio depot. Maqio agreed return and replacements but initially I had to pay return postage and then further contact them to get this refunded. No compensation or additional items offered for the problems suffered but I did get replacement cars.. Customer care was ok but not the best”

“I purchased some hot wheels cards but the cards were all either bent or damaged which renders them undisplayable. When contacting customer care I was told nothing could be done because the cars were not damaged. When selling individual cars like this you must anticipate a majority collector customer base and pack carefully”

“Absolutely love Maqio ❤️had quite a few products from here. Very good value for money and some cheaper than anywhere else iv found. They have such a fantastic range of toys and last but not least My Granddaughter has absolutely loved everything that iv got from Maqio… Would DEFINITELY Recommend them I love viewing all the toys new ones especially that is why I have given it 5* because they Make my Granddaughter learn/play and share her toys. She is the reason I shop here because like iv said she loves everything I get her AND will still be getting her I assume we’ll into the future. So on behalf of myself and my Granddaughter a BIG THANKYOU MAQIO👍”

“Always fast delivery and parcels are well protected. Have a good range or toys and brand I just wish some things would be taken off the site if they're not going to be restocked in the future and that some of the new stock would be more a range of newest toys out.”
