“The toy I bought as a present does not make any sounds as it should. On contacting Maqio I was told I need to replace the batteries. This entails removing the toy from its packaging (instructions on the box show how to pull the tab and tear along perforations - ie tearing the box). Replacing a toy into its torn packaging is not acceptable to give as a gift. All they were willing to do was 'apologise for the inconvenience.'”
