“I bought these because according to their sizing they were a UK 30 but on trying them on they were far too small ( I'm a size 26 but like things baggy) when I got in touch they told me to return them but won't pay the postage, if their sizing is wrong then they should pay for the return, I'm in the middle of discussing it with trading standards.”

The sizes are mentioned in the item description and specification. It simply did not fit the customer. Replied the message to return the items for a full refund. The customer is trying to deceive and falsely claim that the item is not as described and wants to get the FREE items. The customer is requesting a full refund without returning the items.

“I have just bought 2 night dresses from this company my first was direct through them the second off Amazon which I found to be cheaper. They are lovely as you can’t buy a decent white cotton nightdress anywhere at the moment. I am very pleased with my purchases.”
