“I had a problem with my first order (not quality, just too long.) contacted Malay Apparel customer service and they said if I returned the items that there would be no problem exchanging the items. I did return them and had an email saying that they had been received and my new order had been shipped out. I received my new order today only 2 days after they received my returned items. Brilliant service and very helpful customer service. Would definitely recommend them.”

“I bought these because according to their sizing they were a UK 30 but on trying them on they were far too small ( I'm a size 26 but like things baggy) when I got in touch they told me to return them but won't pay the postage, if their sizing is wrong then they should pay for the return, I'm in the middle of discussing it with trading standards.”
