“Really good choice of smoothies and excellent customer service. We blended straight from the freezer but they were too thick and cold. We took a couple out of the freezer this morning for an hour to soften and warm up but the bags leaked on the kitchen worktop. Not put me off though I’ll just put them in a bowl next time.”

“Really easy to order… Good communication ensuring I was going to be around on delivery and was easy to delay by a week!!
I did however manage to get a small ice burn on my finger when handing the ice bags… I think one of the bags were broken!!”

“Really convenient to make quickly! I love the choices of flavour! It is a risk that mostly pays off. I would say suggesting more to mix in would be good, beyond apple juice or coconut water but maybe that’s intentional to come across as simple. But that is unclear.”
“Really love these smoothies - small but perfectly formed packets of great combinations of fruit and vegetables, perfect amount for a smoothie - just throw them into the blender with water or juice. There is a wide variety and a huge bonus is that you can pick your own individual packets, so whilst there is the option to buy a 'bundle', you can also select separate bags. The ONLY thing I would change is the availability of all the options to choose separately - there were a few in the bundles that I was not able to purchase individually. And maybe some little additions of things like seeds, superfood extracts, supplements like spriulina, acai, gojo berries, etc.”

“I ordered a mix bundle of 20 for £32. I chose the selection. Only one item was missing, but was replaced with another that I had chosen. It took 2 days to arrive from making the order.
The box was a bit soggy and becoming tatty on arrival so had to get the bags into freezer pretty quick! This was not their fault as there were dry ice bags in the box. One had broken and I'd say that was down to maybe handling issues in transit?! The outside was more wet than inside!! So more transit fault I'd say.
The 🔥 firestarter is my favourite atvthe moment! Its a real warmer and gets your body moving! They are perfect for busy people with little time in the morning's and for taking to work with a portable blender! Im loving the selection right now!
I mix mine with either apple juice or plant milk.

Thanks so much for your detailed review Camilla, really appreciate it! We're definitely working on making the box more robust - as you're right, handling/transit can be a bit of an issue... It's a careful balance between making everything recyclable (no plastic) but strong enough.

“My first order and I love them. I have one for lunch as I have an eating window (no breakfast). They taste really delicious. I will definitely be ordering again. I am using coconut water or flavoured water, no sugar. After a week, I still enjoy for flavours, but I do have just one thing....pips......the pips are driving me mad and I have to keep a tissue to spit them out at every mouthful when I am having a smoothie with pips. I have tried straining it through a juice sieve, but it takes absolutely ages and I lose all the flesh. Is there any way of removing the pips your end. I know that is probably a difficult thing to do.”
“Delivery on time and packages still frozen which is good . The pieces are small enough for the smoothie to be blended . Overall really good . Would be great to see some options with no carbs —- just veggies - pure detox line ... I think the portion could be a tiny little bit bigger . Thanks !!! Hugo”
