“Nothing wrong with their product but poor communication when there are delays. I had too contact them several times to find out when my item would be delivered and there was absolutely no contact from carrier.(Not sure if that was their fault - carrier unknown)”

“Ordered a number of wallpaper samples all of which arrived promptly. Once I had decided on the design I contacted Lime Lace to enquire about delivery (it was urgent for me!) and they were supper helpful and replied to emails more of less by return with my roll of wallpaper delivered within a few days! Very pleased!”

“Initially I messaged to check about the material used on the chair I was interested in- and received an immediate response. Ordered chair on Monday afternoon and it was delivered on Wednesday morning- fabulous quick and easy. Would definitely use Lime Lace again - had looked at this chair a few months ago in a store so knew how comfortable it was etc. Great result as on sale as well.”
