“Hired a car for the weekend - very simple process - efficient and friendly and not expensive. The car was ready when I called to collect and had been running a little while to warm it up on an icy morning - lovely. Kia Niro Automatic - Very fuel efficient - 54mpg. I have an EV and the Kia was more economical as commercial electric is too expensive at 65p per Kwh. I would recommend LCH without hesitation.”

“I needed a car at the end of August 2022 that would comfortably and reliably get my self, my elderly mother, her friend and our luggage from Cornwall to the Lake district. LCH delivered the brand new car (Hybrid) in pristine condition to my door step the day before the agreed rental day allowing us to set off at the crack of dawn. Everyone felt relaxed and comfortable all the way there, negotiating the winding roads of Keswick and back.

“My hired car was delivered in good time, was clean and well presented and fully photographed before I even stepped inside, to cover me for any previous damage (there was nothing much). The vehicle did what I needed to do, it was a basic Fiat 500 but good enough as I didn't intend to go too far. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't return it early (as it was no longer needed) and get a small rebate. It's so useful to have this facility on our Bude doorstep.”
