“Had the privilege of having this company create a door sign for me. I sent the wrong address and only realized when I received through the post. I needed it for a move in on the Tuesday. I immediately rang and asked if I could reorder. They did better than that, they sent a link to reorder the plate and posted the same day. I received in my hand on the Monday morning in time for the move in. Absolutely outstanding service. They went out their way to help and little things like this matter to customers. I cannot thank you enough and will definitely recommend your company to my family and friends”

“Grey perspex is 3mm and not 5mm as stated in all their listing descriptions, so sign does not stand out from the competition and looks less smart than it will look with the thicker acrylic. I suppose the 3mm is reflected in the price, but stating it is 5mm and giving customers 3mm is a bit naughty. KSmart didn't respond to my message so need to leave a review., which I never do. The rest of the service was great - easy ordering and super fast delivery.”
