“caps are fine, keep shape well, would like to have more colours available, (cream - white - black) The colours of the caps are darker in reality than what they appear as on the website They are an accurate match for the colour selection box on the order page”

“I was very happy with the experience of shopping from the Website and generally the quality of the balls, the chest guard and the bat was great. The only reason for 4 stars is that the bat tape on one side of the bat was peeling and had no "stickyness" to it and so I will need to fix that myself.”

“Hi, I bought a cricket bat, my son spent a week knocking in, and it split the first game he played. I emailed customer support, and have not had a reply. A bad experience”

Hi David, I am sorry to learn you have experienced an issue with your sons new bat. I have checked with our Returns Department and also with Customer Services, however they have not received an email from you. Are you able to send that again to team@kookaburra.co.uk please. If you are sending images, please send them separately as sometimes emails with large attachments don't get through to us.
