“I placed an online order on 24th July 2024 for a black Nexis hockey bag which your website said was in stock. I rang yesterday and the lady has told me in is not in stock and are awaiting delivery next week. I am still waiting and hope the bag is sent through a soon as possible”

I think there may have been some confusion when you placed your order as all of the new hockey bags on our website are listed as being available to pre order. None are listed in stock as we have not yet received stock. We are expecting delivery next week and will arrange for your order to be shipped as soon as they arrive.

“Can't review the youth 2.1 wicketkeepers gloves because I haven't received them yet (7days) still waiting! No communication about hold up, no tracking information. Assumed going dirct to brand of choice would be better faster etc...never assume aye. Lots of opportunity for improvement with respect to getting their equipment into the hands of their customer base/playing community. Historically have enjoyed their wicketkeeping equipment through Juniors into senior cricket. Look forward to Kookaburra's response and action going forward.”
