“Ordered myself a Victorinox Midnight Manager to replace one that I've had about 20 years and is starting to fall apart. Item arrived promptly but was very disappointed to find that I could not get the light function to operate. Told Koch&Kochin who sent me instructions on how to operate it (which I already knew because I had an older version of the same) then sent me a label to return it. So I have returned it and am still waiting for an update......”

“On the advice of my daughter, I made this purchase. It is exactly as described and good size too. I’ve used them and surely the heat being evenly distributed it cooked well without sticking to the pan. I’m now looking for a casserole size. Thank you”
