“Fine generally, however taking a long time to get the item I paid for over a week ago and it is not going to arrive for another 4 days at least due to the use of a terrible distribution service partner. If you don't check your texts daily and sift through all the constant drivel in the texts then you can't get your item delivered until you do as one has to accept that they are going to deliver the item before they will attempt to do so.”

“You sent me a completely different set of pans to the ones I ordered.I have tried contacting you for a refund as they were a gift for my friend whom I was visiting.We were very disappointed and I had to go out and buy some pans so we could cook in their new place.Please can you help me resolve this matter as I am out of pocket now.Thankyou”

“To be honest Very good sales techniques People don’t read , they buy with their eyes Got totally hood winked on the size of them , The picture was very misleading!!! I can’t dispute the quality, but the price for a small item , doesn’t no way mean value for money”

“I ordered and paid for copper pans as advertised, I received cheap aluminium pans with a copper coulered outer coating. Nothing like what was advertised. If you want proper copper pans go to a reputable company and not this cowboy outfit.”
