Hello Edward, thank you for your review. I've had a quick look and our estimated timeframe for delivery for these bins is 7-14 working days, as advertised on our website. These units are made to order and sadly, our review system isn't sophisticated enough to know exactly when an order has been delivered and an automated email is sent out after a few days of receipt of payment. I hope this clears things up for you. But should you need a more accurate timeframe for delivery, our customer service team will be more than happy to look into this for you. Prompt delivery of a short life shelf expiry date item, and an expired item. Informed Kingfisher immediately. Apologies made, refund given. I advised that Kingfisher should check all their shelf life items before dispatch from their stores or warehouse, which they had already acknowledged. A Customer previously of Kingfisher, hence purchasing again. I like to purchase from local businesses if I can, and family owned UK businesses wherever possible.

Very poor service. I placed an order on their website, which stated “dispatch time 1-2 days”, but never heard anything for 2 weeks. I gave them a call and was told “if you placed an online order then we may not have seen it”!!!! The advisor then said she would ship the items that day by next day courier. Three days later they arrived…… Beware!

We're very sorry to hear that your experience was not up to the high standard that we strive for at Kingfisher and that your order was not dispached and delivered with in our normal time frames. I can see that our customer service team acted quickly after you contacted us to get your order dispatched only for this to be misrouted by the courier we used and then (frustratingly) delivered on a Saturday. We have investigated why this happened and now put new measures into place to stop this from being happening again in the future. Thanks ever so much for taking the call from our sales manager, Eric Styles and providing us with so much valuable feedback. Please do let us know if you need anything in the future. I ordered a 50litre grit box, which arrived when it said it would, however I paid for an additional scoop which is not in the box, nor iis there an invoice/any paperwork with it. I would like the scoop to be send on please, and an invoice.

We usually send our invoices via email to avoid them being lost during transit, however, we shall send a physical one with your replacement scoop just in case you did not receive one at your given email address. I've only received half my order, so I can't really review properly unfortunately I ordered a bin and I was only sent the internal part of the bin

Solely due to ordering on 13/01/2023 with delivery 2-3 working days. 13th was a Friday so thought maybe delivery could be wed/thur but it is now 21/01/2023 Sat. DHL tracking says it was due on 18th but got delayed. Still waiting with no clue as to when delivery actually is. Can’t speak about product for obvious reasons
