“There is no complaints on the product I purchased. Although I left instructions on posting (where to leave) if I was out. Instructions not followed.”

“The online order process was straightforward and getting an answer to the delivery was easy and helpful. However, posing a question about fitting the product after its arrival was not so good. There appeared to be little knowledge of the product assembly and additional parts required.”
