I ordered a 50litre grit box, which arrived when it said it would, however I paid for an additional scoop which is not in the box, nor iis there an invoice/any paperwork with it. I would like the scoop to be send on please, and an invoice.

I've only received half my order, so I can't really review properly unfortunately I ordered a bin and I was only sent the internal part of the bin

Lid of box arrived damaged on Monday I instantly emailed with message and included a photo and mobile number It’s now Wednesday pm and I’ve heard nothing from Kingfisher.

My order was damaged slightly during delivery. Kingfisher staff were so helpful. They organised a replacement to be delivered and was sent from them the next day.

Solely due to ordering on 13/01/2023 with delivery 2-3 working days. 13th was a Friday so thought maybe delivery could be wed/thur but it is now 21/01/2023 Sat. DHL tracking says it was due on 18th but got delayed. Still waiting with no clue as to when delivery actually is. Can’t speak about product for obvious reasons

Will use Kingfisher again but won't rely on delivery of 3 working day's, thankfully it wasn't too urgent because it took a week.
