“Ordered a 5 tier plastic shelf which had a delivery of 3 working days. Two weeks later when it had not arrived i contacted kingfisher to chase up only to be told that it was out of stock. I will not be using them again.”

“Ease of ordering Had a slight query on delivery dates so rang to discuss, spoke to a very polite chap who answered all my questions. Goods arrived on time and to exact specifications. Two week delivery time was made obvious before ordering so no problem there. All in all a first class service”

“A1 service and after sales but product was not to satisfactory purchased lavor because lt is Italian when I received it was flimsy and made in china”

These pressure washers do perform well despite their country of manufacture, a couple of members of staff have them for patio cleaning and haven't had any problems yet. However, we completely understand your point of view – who hasn't had a flimsy product from China disappoint them? “I ordered 2 x 900ml Bulk fill liquid soap and alcohol gel dispensers last Friday, 10th Feb, on a standard delivery basis, and they were delivered on Monday, 13th Feb. I had never used Kingfisher before so wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by their quick delivery time and how extremely well these items were packaged. On top of this the items were on offer and are very good value for money when comparing with other dispensers on the market. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Marian/Derby”
