“I purchased a butterfly house as I have eight Painted Lady caterpillars going through the stages of developing into butterflies. This should be completed in two weeks’ time. The house is sturdy and ready to use. I have positioned it on a trellis near herbs which are in flower. Having placed small pieces of bark in the house I am hoping that the butterflies will in time come to use this as a refuge from predators and bad weather.”
