“The custom made loft hatch access panel ordered was exactly as described on the website well manufactured and quality finished The product was delivered in a couple of days so there wasn't a long lead time as most custom made orders usually take online The product met all my expectations and was fitted in a very short space of time with no problems”

“Delivery was on time as predicted by the supplier. Initial impression was that the product was flimsy, but proved wrong. Installation was very easy, note: needs 2 people but not for long. Screw holes are flexible enough to allow for quite a bit of take up, should the loft hole be a bit larger that the loft hatch. Being white plastic, it can be masked prior to decorating. Overall well worth the low cost over rebuilding the loft hatch. Recommended”

“I had a custom made drop down loft hatch made. When it arrived I checked it over and was surprised that the quality was better than I expected. Fitting was also easier than expected. Would definitely recommend this product. The only one negative point, and it is a small point, is that the size of screws recommended to fit the hatch seem to me to be a little to large and therefore the heads protrude slightly and can catch the hatch lid on closing. If I had to score this product it would be 99 out of 100.”

“I ordered the loft hatch, having been disappointed by the ones available in my local DiY stores and it was a good move. Are yet to fit it but it is such a superior product and will disappear into the ceiling perfectly. Mine actually arrived with minor damage and Jupiter replaced it immediately, without any quibbles. Gret customer service. Thanks.”

“I haven't fitted this yet - but it looks pretty straightforward. Prompt, simple efficient ordering process and delivery, though. I had one technical question answered verbally prior to purchase by their sales team and the salesman's knowledge of the product impressed m. This led me to make the purchase in the knowledge that back up is available if I require it.”

“Excellent product, very impressed with the quality and it fitted like a 'glove'! One constructive comment would be that the loft hatch internal frame would be better being a bit higher (or deeper) to allow the existing fixing screw holes to screw into ceiling loft joists instead of the height of standard plasterboard ceiling. This was easily adapted with higher drilled holes, worked out fine and looks great.”
