“Fantastic product, measuring guidance is clear. Ordered, delivered within website timing. Fitting was straight forward, I do recommend a second person to support the frame whilst the fixing takes place.”

“Needed a loft hatch that was lagged and draft sealed. Found this on Google and thought I would try the bespoke item. It has worked brilliantly. When measuring up in addition to leaving a 5mm room for adjustment it is worth checking that the loft opening is square! I had to plane and chisel one side of the opening to make sure the hatch fitted.”

“I ordered a made to measure loft hatch from Jupiter. It arrived on time well packaged and was to the exact size. Perfect. Worth the money. Excellent all round service.”

“We were most impressed with the loft hatch. It came on time although the box was very damaged and we were concerned the hatch would be but the packaging was perfect. The only reason we have not given this a 5 star rating is because we would have liked an update when the item was out for delivery.”

“This loft hatch is fantastic and fully insulated , the only thing is I would rather have ridged insulation board to the back of the door than sem-ridged wool , but still a great product ????”

“I ordered a standard off the shelf air tight loft hatch a few months ago where the plasterer then changed the apperture size. Returned no bother and just received bespoke sized one which went in first time too. Very happy”

“I didn't think you could describe a roof hatch as "beautiful", but when I finally got mine out of the packaging (whoever did that obviously had a degree in packaging) I actually used that word. It looked even better when installed, (easy to install). I'm such a saddo that I gaze at it in admiration each time I walk down the hall.”
