“I had a problem ordering my made to measure loft access door online only because I had not realised a size restriction, so I called them directly and they offered excellent advice which all make sense now , the product I received is of excellent quality and for a made to measure product I cannot believe how they do it for the price ! if I had a joiner to make a timber one it would have cost more and have been totally inferior to this product and I have been a building contractor for 45 years !”

“This is the second one I have bought - different house of course :) The hatch is a very sturdy construction and a perfect fit. If your measurements are correct then this is a very easy install - both times. If you are ordering bespoke be prepared for a bit of a wait, it is definitely worth it and I can feel the upstairs landing is warmer - even storm Eunice cant get through haha I am not trade but pretty useful around a tool box. I would certainly recommend this product.”
