“Really good service from this company. Item arrived incredibly quickly, unfortunately seemed to have taken a bit of a knock in transit (can't be helped) but item was replaced within 24 hours with no inconvenience to myself, you can't say fairer than that. We would definitely use again.”

“Well built handsome unit. Only catch is the latch. While it holds the flap up it is not flush with the frame so it looks like it is about to drop. Spoils the effect somewhat.”

“I ordered a bespoke loft hatch, which was made and delivered promptly, except that the key and pole did not arrice. However, after a phone call, this was very soon rectified and with no other problems.”

“The new loft hatch arrived so I removed my old one (breaking it in the process). It was not till I came to fit it that I saw there was slight damage to the new one. I took a photo and as I had no choice I fitted the new one with slight damage and contact Jupiter to let them know. I expected some difficulty with this but they were great, they understand that I had had to use the slightly damaged replacement and sent me another FOC that arrived a couple of days later. Great Service, would really recommend!”

“Found the web page easy to navigate. Installation relatively simple depending on your skill mix. Maybe a pic to show how to adjust hatch frame to a none square opening. Mine was out by 5mm or so on the width.”
