“Ordered a made to measure loft hatch together with an off the shelf access ladder. Bearing in mind the hatch had to be made to my measurements, both items arrived in about eight days. Both items are of very good quality, although fitting instructions for the ladder were a bit confusing. Loft access hatch and ladder both fitted within four hours both are very robust and look great. Many thanks Jupiter Blue.”

“Purchased a bespoke sized plasterboard, wall fitting access panel. Prior to placing order spoke to company to get help in making sure I was ordering correct size, and was given very friendly and easily understandable advice. The product turned up within the quoted timescale,; well packed, and via tracked courier. The panel is very substantial in build quality. All round very good experience, and would order from them again if ever required.”

“Ordered on friday and received the following wednesday. One of the corners of the metal inspection hatch was bent, but I hammered it out. The spare key I ordered was not in the package, so I phoned and they were very nice and put it in the post for next day delivery. Overall, they make a good quality product and have excellent customer service, which counts for a lot these days.”

“Prompt and very efficient service. Arrived when it was supposed to. Tidy looking and profesionaly made. Only drrawbac if any, is the fact that you have to drill holes to mount it yourself. Small screw covers may improve look. Other than that -Excellent !”
