“I needed a new loft hatch and after discussion with my local builders merchant (KBS Ltd., Kington) they did not have anything in stock that would fit. They recommended Jupiter Blue who were fantastic and so helpful - made a bespoke unit for me which was a perfect fit. Top notch service from start to finish. 5 stars plus !!”

“Was looking to replace our loft hatch which was hanging from one side every time it was opened. Stumbled across JupiterBlue via a search engine and so glad I did! The price for the product seemed good value and there was the option to upgrade the insulation (but be mindful if you do upgrade and you have an existing loft ladder: we ended up having to slice some of the polystyrene away to accommodate the ladder once it was down which wasn?t difficult - just a bit messy). The new hatch was fairly easy to install with two people. Delivery was free and speedy. All in all, impressed with this company.”

“I found Jupiter Blue Ltd. a very good company to deal with. Their website was well laid out and easy to order a bespoke loft hatch. They were honest with the delivery time and the well packaged item actually arrived early. Due to an accident I have not yet opened the box but I have no reason to think that it will be anything but perfect”

“Really concerned about my measurements and if custom loft door would fit. Just installed, perfect result. Good finish on door. This was a very large door and found it heavier than anticipated. Built an H frame to sit on rim with door open and attached light rope to it. My friend was able to pull door and frame into place with me guiding and supporting from beneath. Really pleased. Arthur”
