“Wasn't to sure at first but after a couple of chats over the phone with Emma and a few measurements divided on a made to measure hatch as a DIYer it wasn't to bad after a bit fiddling it went in better than I imagined there was some repair work around the edges but honestly we'll pleased with the end result, thanks for the help and advice Emma. Dave!”

“I have been looking for an opening pole for my loft hatch for some time . It’s has a triangle opening. So pleased to have found it with this company. The pole is sturdy and easy to use. Good value for money. Delivery was quick. Would use this company again.”

“My daughter has had the central heating boiler installed into the loft of her house.we needed both a loft ladder and a hinged loft cover. Jupiter Blue provided exactly what was needed, both in quality and ease of fitting. We got exactly what we needed, so thank you guys, and also the price and delivery was greatly appreciated.”

“Service good and quick. Prices ok. Product a bit flimsy. No key to open the loft hatch door so I needed to make something.”

Some customers do mention the plastic flexes, but that's out of the box, once fixed in place the loft opening and ceiling brace it. “Good easy to fit easy to open only gave it 4 because the loft ladder hits the insulation on the loft door when you open it and slide down Pat to cut some of it away apart from that fine good price”

We regret to hear that the loft ladder hits the insulation on the loft door. Notching the insulation is one option, alternatively you could raise the mounting point of the ladder to give more clearance but there are some points you'd need to check before doing this.

“. Product was fine but rip of postage rates, small box big price. If you are ordering from Ireland, north or south my advise shop around”

Than you for your your review Gerard, we're glad to hear your happy with the tile access panel kit you ordered. As for the carriage, we're a building product supplier with most items being heavy and bulky. To keep things simple for customers we have a flat rate of carriage for items going from England to Northern Ireland which caters for items upto 20kg. Sorry that in this case for a small item the carriage charge seems excessive, it's really geared towards larger items.
