“Brilliant company. Ordered a made to order loft hatch and was worried it wouldn't fit but on the day it arrived, removed the old hatch and surround and the new slotted in perfectly. A testament to my measuring skills and Jupiter Blur's build quality!”

“Great product, clearly described on web site, good price, quick delivery and well packaged. I had one query on the size (slight mismatch between product video dimensions and product page) which was answered very promptly via email.”

“Great service and product. Fixing screws were missing, but after contacting them, they were posted and arrived the next day. Very well made product, and easy to fit. Recommended to my neighbour who is thinking about changing his loft hatch.”

“Good quality gear. My only slight criticism is they sent me a loft latch loose in a tatty old wall fixings box. There were a couple of washers in there and I really had to hunt to find them. Maybe wrap things up and package them a bit better?”

“Ordered a non standard sized loft hatch from Jupiter Blue. Clear instructions provided on line to avoid ordering the wrong side. The hatch arrived within the promised time scale and fit perfectly. Great product, reasonably priced.”
