“Fantastic customer experience! Ordered and had item delivered free next working day. One part missing from the box, emailed and got a reply in less than an hour, and the part delivered by 9am the next morning. Can't fault them so far! Recommended!”

“Order a custom sized loft hatch which arrived within the timescales indicated. Unfortunatley it was damaged on one corner. Sent a picture of the damage and Emma responded quickly, apologised and started the process for a replacement to be sent. The replacement arrived without issues. Very happy with the product and very happy with the excellent customer service.”

“The inspection hatch I ordered from Jupiter Blue was of a very high quality and could Ben faulted. I ordered the metal version which has a very low profile making it ideal for its intended use. Delivery via courier was quick and the packaging for the hatch was good.”

“Having struggled to find a solution to an odd sized loft hatch, I stumbled upon Jupiter Blue and I'm so glad I did. We ordered a bespoke insulated Loft hatch cover. The order process was easy, instructions on how to measure where clear and simple. Loft hatch has arrived and it was a piece of cake to fit, it took less than 15 minutes including taking out the old Loft hatch surround. What a difference thisnew loft hatch makes. Would highly recommend Jupiter Blue for any loft hatches. We will be ordering another one for our other loft hatch when we redecorate the landing.”

“Good quality product. Produced exactly to the dimensions I supplied. Easy to fit, just used a few packers to keep it square when tightening screws. Really happy with the loft hatch. Highly recommend.”

“I ordered a made to measure insulated loft hatch to replace the old wooden framed one currently fitted in my property. The hatch was delivered within the 7-11 day time frame, was well packaged, nicely made and fitted perfectly. Fitting was straight forward although it should be noted that it easier with two people due to the fact that the door cannot be removed. I am very happy with the finishedproduct.”

“Carefully measured up hatch opening, several times! Studied the web sites detail drawings, carefully, to ensure i was selecting the correct hatch type, ended up with the tailor made version due to non standard size of my hatch opening. Ordering on line was easy, delivery stated as 7-11 days, actually arrived in 7 days. Very pleased with quality of manufacture and finish, installed into void straight away, sigh of relief that my measurements were correct, fitted perfectly no adjustments required to the hatch frame! I would certainly use this company again, although how many loft hatches do you need?”
