“I'm not going to lie. Ordering these for the hatches that access the voids in my loft conversion were a bit of a punt...(I ordered 4) After all I ordered loft hatches. But I couldn't be happier, they came in exactly the right size, they are extremely well made and keep the cold totally at bay... Qualty product, quality service, buy them, you wont be disappointed.”

“I ordered an access panel online, and it arrived the very next day with no delivery charge. Now that's what I call service. If they can do that with a minor purchase such as this, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in placing an order with them for major items. Thank you, Jupiter Blue, for excellent service.”

“The hatch was safely delivered in accordance with spec. It took two people to get it into place as you suggested, but once achieved it was in place it was quick and simple to complete the job. Drafts now stopped and loft access much safer than before”

“I found the website easy to use and make my order. My new loft hatch was delivered promptly and on time. The delivery company texted me the one hour delivery slot which meant I wasn't waiting in all day. The product was an excellent fit to replace my old hatch, good quality and easy to install. I'm very pleased with my new loft hatch and feel it was good value for money.”

“Virtually the only company offering metal and insulated made to measure loft hatches. Quality product and very helpful staff on the other end of the phone. Considering this was made to measure I was very impressed that it arrived within about 10 days of ordering.”

“We tried the push click variety of catch, but found they both didn't last and were difficult to fit correctly. We have been using a brass slide bolt arrangement but we had to stand on a chair to get to it. This product although quite expensive is worth getting as it is very neatly and robustly engineered. I think it will outlast me!”
