“Very pleased with the service from Jupiter. They supplied me with a made measure replacement loft hatch which blends in well and is noticeable. Only one point though, the key supplied is short and means I need steps to unlock the hatch. Is there a long key say 600mm available, couldn't find one online.”

“I recently placed an order for a PFFD-INS-AT Insulated & Air Tested Fire Rated Access Panel My initial email was responded to very efficiently by Donna as I needed a bespoke size made. The following day I telephoned and placed my order with Donna who was very helpful. The hatch arrived safely and on time. As it was bespoke, I knew that this would take a slightly longer time. It was easy to install and looks great. I am very pleased with it. Jupiter Blue has provided an excellent product with excellent service. Thank you.”

“Straightforward website and ordering process. I bought a metal insulated loft hatch and three plastic access panels (the latter not yet installed, but they seem well built and I like that they can be painted over). The products arrived even earlier than expected, after just a couple of working days, and in good condition and very well packaged. The hatch was easy to install, the only tricky part being my opening was very narrow around the hatch. I added a bit of foil insulation on top of the existing insulation in the hatch door. The hatch seems to create a good seal. When closed, the hatch temperature is only between 0.5-0.8 degrees colder than the insulated loft ceiling around it. Overall, very happy with Jupiter Blue.”

“I bought a made to measure roof hatch. The quality of the hatch itself is very good and the service was great. I had one issue, where the aluminium covering I'd paid for wasn't installed on my hatch which was a bit annoying, but after contacting the customer services team, it was sent the next day and I was able to retro-fit myself. I would definately use Jupiter blue again.”

“Very helpful person when I rang up and great telephone manner! Really helped me on the technical side of my order to make informed decision! Website pretty easy to navigate and UXP pretty good from memory, although was missing a fairly important piece of information that was given to me over the phone when I rang (max 900mm for hinge to be on shorter side). Price seems pretty reasonable for custom loft hatch. Delivery tracking and notifications would have been nice. Would buy again and recommend.”
