“I am not impressed with the courier that you use. They been to my place two times when I am out and don't leave the items. So for the reason I don't give you a 5 star. Why they cannot leave when I have instruction in the front for for them to leave in a safe place. Still not delivered.”

“Purchased a bespoke loft hatch cover - item arrived quickly and was supplied to the exact size specified. The cover is of good quality, was easy to fit and facilitated the installation of a three section sliding loft ladder. Very pleased with service supplied by Jupiter Blue and will purchase again.”

“The loft door was finished to a high standard and made exactly to the sizes I submitted. Fitting was easy to do although has was suggested it did require two people to fit in place. My first time dealing with Jupiter and found them easy to deal with”

“Very pleased with the service from Jupiter. They supplied me with a made measure replacement loft hatch which blends in well and is noticeable. Only one point though, the key supplied is short and means I need steps to unlock the hatch. Is there a long key say 600mm available, couldn't find one online.”
