“The product met all my requirements--it arrived in about 36 hours, was well packed, gave brief but comprehensive instructions on installation, which I followed ("measure twice, cut once") and it fitted like a glove! Excellent product, excellent service. Thank you. Robert Knights”

“I purchased the combined heavy-duty loft catch with pole, and was initially disappointed that the pole couldn't operate the catch. Phone up Jupiter Blue and they promptly sent out the correct pole on next-day delivery. Impressed by customer service and would purchase from them again.”
