“Product arrived in good time, well-packaged, intact. Whilst the items were of reasonable quality, the product is not quite the premium product which I was looking for, and for which I was willing to pay a corresponding price. Anyway, I would use Jupiter Blue again in future.”

“I purchased a Laddatrapp Loft hatch (LT2). It was delivered impressively quick and it is a more robust product than one I had looked at in B & Q. The ribbed edging finish looks better than the standard finish. I fitted the product on my own, but I would recommend two people fit the hatch. Overall no complaints at all and would thoroughly recommend this product.”

“My 1980s build house had a non standard loft hatch size. Jupiter Blue bespoke service allowed me to order and fit a made to measure metal high quality hatch. I even had the choice of which side to have the hinges on. Easy to fit and looks superb, even came with the screws.”

“Excellent loft hatch made to measure. Advice to reduce dimensions by 5mm worked very well as my opening was not completely square. Very well manufactured; packed and delivered quickly. Highly recommended.”

“Very pleased with the loft hatch although it did arrive with where it locks bent it took about one hour to fit , bent the locking part straight after fitting It took longer to prepare with dust sheets etc and clean up after the fitting and it was a perfect fit taking five mil off the opening was good advice from you”
