“Good product, very easy to install. This was for a property refurbishment. So new opening created. The only negative . Dont use Parcel Farce. For delivery as they are a waste of space. 3 days to deliver.”

“This is the second time I’ve purchased the airtight loaf hatch. It made such a difference in our old house I had to get another for our new (really old) house. Easy to install if the hole is the right size, neither of mine where so needed some minor changes to the ceiling which I was able to do.”

“Superb interaction with the company, both verbally and email, in ensuring that the custom loft hatch was of the correct type and size. “Great product. Instructions for measuring was clear and concise. When the product arrived it fitted perfectly. I was actually surprised at the quality and finish. This is a first class product, which was bespoke for my loft entrance and I would highly recommend.”

“Turnaround - approx 1 week Sizing - product was within 0.5mm of requested size Finish - excellent sprayfinish Overall - excellent. More than happy. Would definitely recommend. Improvements - installation documentation should be provided to ensure good fit and maintain a good seal.”

“I bought the AT15 airtight loft hatch. It seems well designed: the metal frame is surprisingly thin and seemed vulnerable to damage prior to being fitted but should be fine now it is in place. The hatch seals very convincingly - you have to push it firmly to get it fully closed. I made a lightweight template the size of the hole specified which made fitting easy. This is the first time I've used this company and the service and product were both very good.”
