“I ordered an AT15 ready-made loft hatch. It arrived quickly, was well-packaged and fitted easily (although this is my second Jupiter Blue loft hatch so I learned the process from fitting the first one). It's nicely finished, low-profile and looks smart. I'm happy so, to me, it's good value.”

“I needed a new loft hatch and after discussion with my local builders merchant (KBS Ltd., Kington) they did not have anything in stock that would fit. They recommended Jupiter Blue who were fantastic and so helpful - made a bespoke unit for me which was a perfect fit. Top notch service from start to finish. 5 stars plus !!”

“Was looking to replace our loft hatch which was hanging from one side every time it was opened. Stumbled across JupiterBlue via a search engine and so glad I did! The price for the product seemed good value and there was the option to upgrade the insulation (but be mindful if you do upgrade and you have an existing loft ladder: we ended up having to slice some of the polystyrene away to accommodate the ladder once it was down which wasn?t difficult - just a bit messy). The new hatch was fairly easy to install with two people. Delivery was free and speedy. All in all, impressed with this company.”
