“I searched for a replacement loft hatch and came across the Jupiter Blue website. I found it very easy to find exactly what I was looking for and placed my order. When my replacement loft hatch arrived it was very well packed. When I unpacked my order I was very happy with the build quality.”

“Very helpful communication on first contact, great advice Ordered a made to measure loft access panel just before Christmas, and I could expect mid January. It turned up before Christmas. Great quality great service will definitely use again Thank you 👍”

“Bought loft hatch off Jupiter blue, could not be more pleased, the hatch was exactly the measurement i asked for,quick delivery and I'm also satisfied with the quality and finish of the hatch. Full five stars from me and would definitely order from them in the future.”

“We had to buy a Bespoke Loft Hatch because of the irregular size required, and these guys were excellent. Yes, They're cheaper but the quality is beyond reproach !! Fitted in 30mins. All enquiries were answered within the hour by the "after sales" team. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks again”

“Ordered a custom-measured loft hatch which came sooner than expected and it was well-packed and secure. On my part, I had to make a small adjustment to the opening. Overall it fits perfectly and I am pleased with the standard of this loft hatch and would recommend to friends and family if required.”

“Old drafty wooden uninsulated loft hatvh well overdue to get replaced. Awkward size and found jupiter blue online. Rang them up gave them the dimensions and an insulated double single lock loft hatch came to me. Did take about 10 days from ordering to deliver to Northern Ireland. Arrived and well made with metal frame. Quite heavy and tricky to install mainly as i balanced on top of a chair whilst my wife held on from the loft for dear life. Plenty of fix points about 10 screws , easy to install minus the weight and sitting flush against the ceiling .”

“Basically a good hatch. Heavier than expected to operate. Easy to install. Locking pole is useless if not dangerous particularly so for not so strong person trying to operate hatch from floor.”

“Second hatch we have purchased from them. While their is pain of absorbing the cost of a custom sized hatch, the actual quality of the hatch is top notch. Fitted perfectly and was very simple to install. This is a 2 person install as it's quite fiddly, but as mentioned we have fitted two in the house now and each one took about 20 mins tops which included removing the old wooden hatch and stops. Recommended!”

“Second time I have used the Company for installing a bespoke loft hatch and they again delivered to the same standard- excellent! The goods were ordered and delivered within the promised lead time and fitted like a glove into a bespoke cut-out. The goods were also very well packaged and protected.
