“Attic trap was very well made and very quickly delivered. I had a problem with the lock but this was resolved quickly by the company I found the people I spoke to very helpful”

“From point of order to delivery was execellent. However one ofthe touch catches on eack door dosent work so the bottom of the door is proud of the wall.”

“I found Jupiter Blue when searching for loft hatches to replace a hatch that had been previously installed. I received good and prompt technical support. The hatch I ordered arrived promptly and does what it says on the tin. You might draw people's attention more to the hinging of the hatch as this could be important depending on the loft ladder being used with the hatch.”

“Made to measure unit ordered. Quite a large unit and it needed double locks recommended, much improved on old untis single lock I had. Fitted quite easily though would have been great is hatch could be fitted after mounting the frame, would make installation easier as you battle with hatch hanging down. Take care on latch side as the latch tabs do extend out over the main frame by several mm so need space to rotate into place, if tight fit this may be a problem/need surround modifying. Definately recommend the units.”

“Firstly the packing was in a bit of a bad way but fortunately no damage. The sealing strip was all twisted in one corner so had to straighten that and I think the strip is very thin and only just taller than the rim. That definitely could be better to create a greater seal.”
