“The company excelled themselves in my opinion, reason, I ordered the wrong size product and returned with no problem other than support, credit given and new product ordered and delivered as promised. The Loft hatch itself is great fitting easy, when you have the right one, excellent service and support, 5 stars from me Frank. Leicester”

“This is the second one I have bought - different house of course :) The hatch is a very sturdy construction and a perfect fit. If your measurements are correct then this is a very easy install - both times. If you are ordering bespoke be prepared for a bit of a wait, it is definitely worth it and I can feel the upstairs landing is warmer - even storm Eunice cant get through haha I am not trade but pretty useful around a tool box. I would certainly recommend this product.”

“The loft hatch was delivered very quickly and looks great the screws supplied were poor quality compared to the hatch and I replaced them. I am very happy overall.”
