“I have received this loft hatch, really well packed, I'm really very pleased with it. It is well made and obviously strong and up to the job, but, It is heavy and I am going to need my son in law to help, as can well see your advice on requiring a two man team sound advice.”

“Custom hatch was as described on the web site and very well made. Much cheaper than some of the alternatives on other websites and I would use them again without hesitation. An email to tell me it had been despatched would have been nice, but it did arrive with the time scale promised.”

“I ordered a made to measure hatch the order process was excellent, the product is very good I had to remove a star as I was never contacted to confirm the item had been dispatched as promised when I ordered the item. I was annoyed I had to go to my post local office to pick it up.”
