“The hatch was very well packaged on arrival and fitted perfectly (it needs two people to fit though, as the hatch door cannot be detached from its frame). It is very well made, is exactly as described and looks really smart when installed.”

“Ordered a made to measure loft hatch and a loft ladder. Both received within the promised lead-time and excellent quality. Knocked old hatch timber out and new hatch just slotted in and was fixed with the supplied screws, no additional work at all. Ladder did exactly what it said on the wrapper. Should have done this years ago!!”
