I can’t express how working out with the team changed my overall view on living stronger, healthier and much more present. I’ve lost fat and gained muscle this year. I have never felt stronger and at 58 years old that is saying a lot! I am now on a steady plan and see myself being much more at ease with my life. I use Norm’s tools they have given me without thinking twice. I’ve worked with others before, they felt like they were only going through the motions and saying the “right” thing, but the team at Norm lives by their word and that sets a great example of how to succeed as a client.

I am a 29-year-old business owner who travels frequently for work, which makes it difficult for me to maintain a consistent routine. I often eat out and stay in hotels for work. My coach was great - very friendly and encouraging. They have a lot of patience when I felt like I was not doing great. They keep me on track. My favourite things were the phone calls. I checked in once a week to see how my food habits were going and getting more advice. Also by logging my food I felt like I ate better & healthier knowing someone would see it and I wanted to keep on track too.

My coach is amazing, and he is working with me who is stuck in their ways. But because of their guidance, I have made changes. Norm motivates and is a positive influence. I really do take the one on one sessions to action, maybe not successfully because of my own issues but knowing that I’m held accountable does encourage me. They are great and always have suggestions and different ways to frame a situation.

I was sceptical at first, I've tried a few diet programmes in the past, but they never really took real life into account.But with Norm, it's been different. My coach took the time to really understand what I liked to eat and drink, and made some small suggestions that had an immediate and lasting impact on my weight. The thing that stands out about Norm is that dieting has been much easier. It's like they understand that we can't all survive on rabbit food and celery sticks! They make it realistic and achievable, and that's what really sets them apart.

If you are looking for a diet that is not a fad and is not restrictive, then I highly recommend Norm for you! The Norm plan allows you to eat all the food you love most and still lose weight. In the past, I've relied heavily on running as part of my weight loss journey. However, with Norm, I've discovered that I get a better result by placing more focus on my Nutrition. Yes, exercise is great and has its place, but the tips I've had from my coach on what to eat and when have led to 8 kg lost over the last 4 months. I've had a blip over Easter but I'm now back on track due to the tactics I've learnt on my Norm journey so far.
