“My day 2 PCR test booked for December 31st, was cancelled due to covid issues at the Manchester clinic. I was advised, by voicemail, to either call them or reply to their email to reschedule. I did not receive an email, and when I tried to call was sent around in an endless loop. I have tried at least four times to contact them via their messaging service in their website but no one has responded. In the end I had to buy another test from a different company. I am now trying, through my bank, to get a refund. This company needs to be investigated.”
“I booked two appointments for fit to fly tests which I then had to cancel. I gave 48 hours notice of cancellation and since then I have not been able to communicate with anyone regarding my refund! Four emails have gone unanswered. There is no way to talk to any human being. Disgraceful customer service.”

“Morning, I purchased my 2nd and 8th day test, my 2nd day test came back within 30 hrs. I used my 8 day test as a fit to fly on my 5th day which took over 6 days, meaning I had to purchase a third test to fly. I tried to contact but have heard nothing, also when you finally gave me my result it was totally out of date.
I understand you are busy but what’s the point in doing tests if you can’t get the results back in time. Not impressed.”
