I emailed them about the item and admitted there not the best of things they sell, also explained even though its advertised as a tip shaper that it's not. Recently, we had an item sent to us that was damaged in transit. One phone call to John Parrott Sports and it was sorted. Replacement item delivered next day and the faulty kit collected. Exemplary performance! Can’t fault them.”

“Whilst the service and advice was good the product wasn't as stated. I ordered the medium weight 18-18.5 oz peredon chiltern and recieved one that was over 19 oz in the heavy bracket. As I live on my own and work 6 till 6 it would be to difficult to return and exchange.”
