“They send me different jacket. Item quality is very good but contact with customer service its mission impossible.I send couple emails and i get one answer with request order number and silence ensued. Im still waiting about correct jacket or refund money. After return wrong one i wait already 2 days for any reaction from Jack1t”

“Really poor customer service, they only have email support. I am trying to return a jacket which is the wrong size. The online system for generating return labels is buggy and showing error. I am still waiting to hear back from customer service team to issue me a refund label”

“I am absolutely amazed how well-made these jackets are and the quality of their manufacture! However, the only downside is they run very small. I always purchase an extra large in order to give me a little more room due to wearing heavy sweaters in the winter. Even though I size up, these jackets are always extremely tight fitting. That said, they still fit but you cannot wear a heavy sweater under them. But I really do not care because I love these jackets so much, I will go naked under them during the winter! So you will not go wrong purchasing these jackets. They are worth of money!”

“I’m extremely disappointed that it made a purchase and still have not received my item I contacted the company thru email numerous times about the situation wit no response. I am still waiting for my item or a full refund. Very disappointed and extremely frustrated as these coats are pretty expensive!!”

“I ordered the street full quilt down puffer jacket, hoping for a durable, reliable winter parka. Living in Toronto means that winters get pretty windy and cold. I absolutely love the style of this jacket; my only wish is that it contained perhaps a little bit more down or insulation. I understand it's a subjective rating, but information such as how much down fill, temperature ranges for wearing the jacket, and details on water resistance levels could be provided on the website in the future. The delivery took a week and a half during the busiest time of the year (Christmas and NYE) which is impressive coming from London. I'm thoroughly pleased with the product!”
