“This is the second jacket I've purchased from Jack1t in the last year. I really like the quality and the attention to detail. Prices are reflective of the quality and design, to be honest I only purchase when there is a sale on, so I get very good value for my money.”

“Bardzo długi czas oczekiwania w stosunku do informacji (2-5dni). Jak do tej pory zakupionej kurtki nie otrzymałem. Po zgłoszeniu reklamacji okazało się, że kurtka jeszcze nie została wysłana , a minęły już 7 dni .”

“Really fast delivery- But the size I ordered was wrong for me and now sending it back is NOT EASY. And now I see all the complaints on the FB page - Jack1T you guys really need to get your returns sorted if you want happy and returning customers- I probably won’t buy again at the moment for this reason”

“I’m writing to let you know your coats are awesome as my wife keeps telling me and the compliments she gets when she is out in public. Only downside is that her newest coat has been sitting in Cincinnati DHL hub for the last 5 days on hold! Only took one day from your location to the US. This waiting time for delivery is awful!!!”

“J'ai acheté le manteau le 31 décembre et il est arrivé au Canada le 6 janvier, alors très rapide comme livraison pour le temps des fêtes. Cependant, le colis était mal emballé, il était même ouvert à l'arrivé alors l'adhésif du sac n'est pas suffisant fort. Mais je recommande.”
