“I regularly order my bird seed from Ivel Valley and the birds seem very appreciative. The site is easy to use and you gain bonus points. Delivery is so quick so all in all it's excellent.”

“Regularly order sunflower chips. This time received a box of 150 suet balls! Invoice showed order meant for another customer. On contacting error was quickly rectified with my order arriving the following day. Great customer service. Thank you.”

“Unknown to me, there was a delivery error in my order. My first knowledge of this was a phone call from Ivel Valley to apologise and explain that part of my order went to the wrong address. They could well have suggested recovery of the item, and then sending sending it to me, but chose to immediately send another pack directly to me, with the addition of a gift. I believe it is worth a 5. Thanks Ivel Valley for brilliant service.”

“As said before, this is an excellent mix- bit of everything for nutrition and very little wastage. What little escapes the larger birds is snabbled up by the smaller, shyer birds later on. Not to the point but the company used by Ivel Valley has always been spot-on with delivery.”
