Hi, I love to feed the birds, but not rats and squirrels. I have found the Perspex robin feeder helpful to keep the larger birds off and the Roamwild squirrel proof feeder to stop the rodents. Can you recommend the best mix that is good for birds, but doesn’t result in lots of droppage? I use mealworms (rehydrated in spring) on my robin feeder and am thinking sunflower hearts may be the best option in my feeder. Can you please advise?
